2. Refugee Scholarships Campaign
Thanks to your generosity, so far we have raised more than €1,500 for our 'Scholarships for Refugeescrowdfunding campaignThis will already enable us to provide some refugees with the opportunity to participate in our summer school, but we still need your help to reach our € 5,000 target. Any amount is welcome, and those who donate €40 (€20 for students) will be invited to the presentation of the initiative during the Summer School and will have the chance to meet with the scholarship beneficiaries!

In the framework of the cooperation between the European Migration Network and the Odysseus Academic Network, we are pleased to announce the participation of EMN National Contact Points (NCPs) to the 18th edition of the Odysseus Summer School. A series of selected EMN activities have been included in the programme in order to offer EMN NCPs to present insights from their Member State to the benefit of all participants.
The key event resulting from this collaboration will be a 'Debate on the situation of migration in the EU' on the basis of the recently-published EMN Annual Policy Report 2018. The event will be open to the public and it will take place on Wednesday, 11 July at 16.30-18.00.
4. Master in International Migration and Refugee Law at VU Amsterdam
International Migration and Refugee Law is a full-time, one-year specialization of the LLM master's programme at VU Amsterdam. The in-depth courses are given by prominent specialists in the field, including Odysseus Member for The Netherlands Prof. Thomas Spijkerboer.

5. Researcher Position Vacancy at UCL Louvain
Our Odysseus Colleagues for Belgium from The Charles De Visscher Center for International and European Law are recruiting a French-speaking researcher in immigration law with a two-year renewable contract starting as of 1 October 2018. The research project is part of multidisciplinary research with other human sciences research centers of UCL. The researcher will integrate the European Rights and Migration Team.
